Touch enlivens us. Touch and conscious breathing opens us to spaciousness - spreading sensation through the skin, into the muscles and even deeper into our organs. Profound relaxation penetrates into our core being. Touch has the ability to help transform fears, frustrations and negative belief patterns into more grounded, loving energy.
Touch awakens eros, our 'life force' - encouraging us to embody our oceanic selves. We swim in the sensual realm of our original nature. As molten rock, we become like mercury - slipping and sliding through intricate crevices where we encounter our deeper layers. This is a place where healing can occur.
As we exchange on deeper levels, it allows us to expand. Our energy becomes unblocked. We become less tight. We breathe more fully and we become more alive! We are able to melt to receive the gifts of the men we are with and we give more freely of ourselves. In this state, it is easier to embrace what we all yearn for: connection, recognition, acceptance and unconditional love. We can also meet our shadow and our grief with more trusting hearts. As we learn to give touch from our hearts, our love and compassion grows opening us to new possibilities.
Each group starts with movement and breathing exercises to awaken the senses and spirit. A theme is named and discussed. There may be some demonstration. Massage work is done naked and genital touch can be part of the experience. We rotate massage partners throughout the evening to promote more connections. Men are encouraged/given guidance during the sessions to cultivate their intuition and to practice the art of conscious connection through touch.
Private individual sessions are available to all group participants and to men new to this work as an introduction to the Heart-Centered Touch Experience.
