A private session typically lasts and hour and a half to two hours. We talk first to identify ways to work and what serves your needs best. The work is done on a treatment table and our whole bodies are used to awaken sensation and release tension. Breathwork is part of the work. Communication is always encouraged. Time is available at the end to evaluate & discuss.
I've worked in Chelsea for the last 15 years. My space is clean, comfortable and welcoming. My practice has focused on the particular needs of men of all ages, types and sexual identities. I am professionally trained and have many repeat massage clients. Heart-Centered Touch is the evolution of my most recent work with men.
I use Esalen, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Energy Work & Body Electric methods.
My base rate for a Heart-Centered Touch session is:
$125 one hour
$160 for one hour and a half.
Longer sessions are available as well.
